there has been an error with the fc store check

Hi - is anyone else having this issue? I bought fifa points in game and authorized the transaction within steam. 

The transaction goes through (2nd time buying fifa points) and when I try using them in game it’s states there has been an error with the fc store check.

I have $40+ in my steam wallet that I can’t use. I’ve tried changing language settings to other possible solutions but no dice
