Access problem denied by regional authorities (Italy)

I entered the companion app of fc26 on my phone and a pop up said that “Football Ultimate Team is not accessible at the moment - at the moment it is not possible to access Football Ultimate Team because there has been a request from your regional authorities”. 
I was shocked because I never saw something like this in my entire life of videogames. 
I tried to re-enter multiple times but without succeed. I tried the Web App then but also that one was with denied access by my regional authorities (and I also thought “who are they? And why?”).

I then used the compliance service of ea and talked to several ea agents but they all redirected me on having a problem with the market access which I knew but they were basically ghosting me on the main problem(thank you ea!). Finally I found Shiwani and Niket that at least tried to help me and I really want to thank them so shoutout to them! We tried to put off VPN and also to change my connection so I put a WiFi but the problem still persisted.

Niket then suggested me to put this on forum to see if anyone has the same problem and to wait for further explanations.

I hope this finds the people that are in need of a response for this problem. 
I’ll put a photo of the home screen of the up with the “warrant” pop up.

(Also I’m a Luna user but I don’t know if it correlates to the problem)

  • I think I solved the problem. if you happen to have this message on the screen of your companion/web app you need to go to your settings on the ea account, go to account informations and change the regional settings (mine was in the U.S. but I’m actually in Italy).

    Then access to Ultimate Team via Playstation/Xbox/Pc and after 10 minutes log out. This should refresh your position and make the app work. 
    (It worked for me, hopefully it will work for you)
