Access to tranfer market locked on companion app

I have been playing the game consistently for three weeks doing challenges , sbcs ,playing fut champs rivals squad battles everything and i still have the tranfer market locked on my companion app my penalty history is clear when i checked and there doesnt seem to be a problem And i finished all alot more than three games each day so i dont know what the problem is
