I am facing the same issue. Playing online from Kenya is a horrible experience. When I play online, especially the higher levels, my players just don't respond as they should and my opponents become super-efficient. For the longest time I was sure my opponents were cheating, only to discover it is a server issue. Kindly consider boosting performance in East Africa.
