Unable to log into ultimate team

Hello, I’ve been receiving an in game message saying “connecting to ultimate team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu” for the past 4 days on Xbox. I’ve tried everything but nothing works. Can you sort this issue out.

    Hi there. Apologies for the frustration with not being able to play Ultimate Team. Please try deleting your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try loading in to UT again. Let me know what happens. Thanks!

    I have the same issue i couldn't play ultimate team for the past 4 days, but i receive a different error where the game just log out of ultimate team to the main menu with the unable to connect to the ea servers

    Hello. When do you get the message about not being able to connect? Is it only happening when you're in the menus for Ultimate Team?

    Not only in the menus but in every online game mode, i even get it in in middle of games or in clubs the game keeps disconnecting me
    I can access the ultimate team for like a minute or two sometimes 10min then i get this message. I repaired the game three times, repaired the anticheat and update it, i reinstalled the game. reinstalled the ea game launcher still same issue
    (5 days now can't access the multiplayer mode or even do SBC)

    Thanks for the response. Let's check the quality of your connection. I'd like you to run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

    this is all the games i've played I tried both rivals and rush and i get kicked out

    Ultimate team disconnects for no reason. What’s makes this worse is it finally lets me play and then disconnects again! Meaning I loose my match and Squad battles points! Yet I won’t get any compensation will I? Course not

    Thanks! You're getting a fair amount of packet loss. This would be coming from your equipment or ISP. It would be good to go through all of the connection troubleshooting steps here. Also, I'd recommend contacting your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues with your connection.

    Have you checked your ethernet cable for any damage?

    my internet is fine, I don't think that's the problem tbh
    anyways the game is working again somehow, I think they fixed it.
