Adverts too long

Adverts on my game are around 2/3 mins long when they should only be around 30 seconds.
It happens everytime, on every advert, I have to wait what feels like ages for it too end so I can play the game again.
 Im possibly owed 6 months of diamonds, its been happening for that long, with the amount of added minutes ive had to watch on adverts.
Is this a game issue and can this be rectified please ??
