I have been experiencing major issues with FC 2026 since its release. My main problem is with the pack and challenge rewards system. I have spent a significant amount of coins collecting packs from the in-game store—specifically, two packs costing 200,000 and 250,000 coins, totaling 450,000 coins.
Despite this, every pack I open contains only gold players. Similarly, I complete a very large number of challenges (SBCs and other objectives), but the rewards are the same—only gold players, with no new, high-rated, or valuable players. This has been extremely frustrating because I invested a lot of time and effort into the game expecting to receive competitive and useful players, but I have not benefited at all.
I have contacted EA support multiple times. They confirmed that there is no issue with my account and suggested that the problem may be server-related. While I appreciate their efforts to report the issue to the backend team, I have not received any compensation or solution so far. In most games, players are usually compensated when server or system-related problems prevent them from receiving fair rewards. In this case, I feel that I have lost both time and coins, and I now regret purchasing the game.
Collecting 450,000 coins was very time-consuming, and I hoped to get high-value players that I could use or trade to earn more coins. My request is simple: I am asking for a refund of the 450,000 coins I spent, or another fair solution to this issue. I would also like clarification on whether the resolution will be a technical fix in the game or compensation for the coins I spent.
This issue has significantly affected my experience with FC 2026, and I hope EA can provide a fair and timely resolution.
