AI players arent doing a thing.

I've tried reporting this a few times but it kept getting removed for some reason.

I dont understand the AI system in this game how in every match am I facing people who's AI teammates play better than the actual player.

I've had people go afk mid match and it took me 20 in-game minutes to even make it close to their box because the AI just goes full defense mode and has every single player closing in yet if I do the same thing or even worse I actually play the game and manually call them in or try let the AI do it they just stand around and do absolutely nothing or they just mark the completely wrong player or they just dont do anything besides run straight forward or in a circle, basically it doesnt work the same way it does for others and as you can guess standing still just makes them 10× worse.

They spend majority of the game making openings for the attacking player with an additional fear of getting to close to them. 

And even when its my controlled player its like half the gameplay is being controlled, if use a through pass to sombody open no matter the power it will launch straight past in front so their player can catch it and even when i have a high paced player chasing who can easily go around and shoulder tackle, for some reason I lose full control of the player and the game will just do whatever it wants itself until the oppoent gets the ball. I even put my remote down and my player is still running.

Not even that but any pass will just fly past my player even though I aim perfectly at them, it will swerve a totally different direction.

My connection is completely fine no issues whatsoever, ive been suggested troubleshooting options for almost everything and they haven't worked, ive even went through some cache clear on my actual console and that also didn't work. I reported this to the help website and I was told its being looked into as an urgent matter which I guess is a common response since almost every single assistant said that exact same sentence.

Anyways ive probably just wasted my time with this because I've had 0 help so far from anything so good luck explaining what I can do to fix it.
