I downloaded FC 26, and it keeps trying to connect using my old email and account that I had on my PS4. I recently bought a PS5.
It looks like my PS4 account has been synced with the PS5, but I now use a different email. How can I log in?
FC 26 doesn’t give me the option to choose which account to connect with. I’ve also created a new EA Sports profile using my current email.
I don’t understand what the issue is, and I can’t play FC 26 online.

It sounds like your EA account is linked to your old PlayStation account. Unfortunately, an EA account can only ever be linked to one of a specific type of account in its lifetime, so if you unlink your old PlayStation you won't be able to link your new one. You can either use your old PlayStation account, but if you're sure that you want to use your new one your best bet will be to make a new EA account and link it there.
My old email address has been deactivated and I no longer have any access to it. How can I change the email on my existing EA account?
It’s been very difficult for me to resolve this — not because the process is complicated, but because the email account was deleted by Yahoo due to inactivity.
Community ManagerIf yahoo can't restore your old account, you might have more luck reaching out to our live support team for help. They can help you change the email address on your EA account; just try not to reach out via email because they'll likely have to send it to the inaccessible one you have linked.
I made a new profile... But when I down load fc 26 syn with my old one... I cant change this one
Community ManagerYour PlayStation is still linked to your old account, which is the issue. It can't be linked elsewhere until its original link is broken. But I'd recommend just updating the account details on your original EA account, as unlinking and relinking the PlayStation will lose your game progress.
