An error occurred downloading the football ultimate team squad update

I have been getting this error message the last day when trying to enter ultimate team on PS5. I am based in Philippines.

I have tried the following and nothing has fixed this:

restart console

reset all squads and download updates

restore licenses

delete saved game data

delete the game and reinstall

i am running out of things to try

Hey harvgor1981 Are you downloading the files over Wi-Fi or a wired connection? If possible, could you try testing with a different network? If no other option is available, you can also try connecting your console through a mobile hotspot to see if that helps.
