An evolution player disappeared from Club after submitting Base Card into an SBC

As the title suggests, an evolution player (86 Matheus Cunha) disappeared from my club after I submitted his Base 83-rated card into an SBC. The EA help chat offered no help.  I had previously evoed...

I just lost my 90 rated Gloukh because of this and I immediately deleted everything related to FC26. Evo's where the only good thing about this game and now because of a glitch my best evo is gone and so am I. Nice EA, as if we didn't had enough reasons to quit already.
