Got the same issue in western germany.
Normally located to Frankfurt servers, but instead when playing FUT Rivals
or even worse when playing with a lot of other players in CLUBS
even more annoying because I am a competitive Clubs-player
I get connected to US Servers, ping is around 250-264 all the time, only moving up- or downwards 1-2ms

There is even a one time lag in the footage. That's not a thing, that was my first time.
Connection is super slow but steady. Still not even a bit fun.
Issue is since early access release (1-2 times in 10 Matches) and got even worse with the official release (1 out of 3 times).
It is really annoying.
