Automatic selection on season pass 'claim all' feature.

Bug Description:
Upon reaching Level 40 of the Season Pass, I held down the claim button without realizing it would automatically select the packs instead of the player rewards (Zola or 10x 84 pack)
My intention was to choose the player, but the redeemed the pack without giving me the chance to confirm or change the selection. Just the advance button showed.
I have not redeemed the pack
Steps
1. Reach Level 40 of the Season Pass.
2. Hold down the claim button without manually selecting a reward. (Just advance when going through redeemed items.)
3. The system automatically redeems the packs without confirmation.
Expected Result:
I expected to be able to manually choose between pack and player, or at least confirm the selection before it was finalized.
Actual Result:
The system instantly redeemed the packs, and I lost the opportunity to claim Zola.
I kindly ask if it’s still possible to swap the player, for the pack as this was an unintentional mistake and there was no warning or confirmation before the reward was claimed.
Unfortunately I do not have any evidence of this incident as I claimed multiple levels at the same time and didn't realise until after when I didn't receive the player.
