Thank you! I know it says 80 is good, but that's pretty rough actually. You've got some packet loss and that can still cause lag/disconnects. Your ping is also not great. So, try the troubleshooting steps in this article. If those don't help, contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

Same on PC! I literally can`t finish one single game in rush. Regardless of how exactly I am connected - through a router or an Internet cable directly to the PC - there are still the same disconnections during the match. And yes, of course, I unplugged the router and my fiber optic terminal too, and rebooted the PC, and rebooted the router, and rebooted the network adapter.

Connection quality report doesn`t work for me in fc 26. I created thread about it here monthes ago but your colleagues could not solve this problem for me.

Yes. I believe that was me. Very odd the report won't work for you. It sounds like there are some issues with your connection. It would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues. You can also try the connection troubleshooting steps here.

That is, are you subtly (actually not at all subtly) hinting that when connecting with a score of 80 just like that, your users should be ready to humbly accept that they are being thrown out of games right and left? Are you serious?

Thank you for your reply. I think the issue from your servers not from my ISP. Please find attached my speed test results. I played some mathes are OK and other disconnects. Please EA fix your servers and don’t make any excuses.
