Avatar save error

I’ve been trying to make appearance changes to my pro clubs character by changing facial hair, tattoos, boots and goalkeeper gloves for the last few days, but every time I try to save it, an error code comes up. The error code is *Pro_Club_Avatar_Save_Failed_Error

I’d like to know why this error code keeps popping up and if there’s a way to fix it either myself or something needs to happen in the tech department. It’s on FC26 on PS5
