Banned account isnt in penalty history

I got banned from fc 25 without any reason then i looked in my penalty history there was nothing so i bought fc 26. Now when i try to access the game it says im banned so cant connect to internet whi...

You can follow this article for more information  “Get information about your EA Account lock, ban, or suspension” section on our help site. The team will review your case and check your account history in this regard.
