Banned account

Hello

I am facing a banned account problem, but I never bought coins or transfer coins or activate a hack or did glitches, the EA bot is very bad I submitted an appeal but never received an email from EA, I can’t even reach the live chat agent, please if anyone know something that can help me tell me, or what should I do ?

    When did you raise your appeal exactly? It can take a few days for our terms of service team to finish investigating your report. If you've already reached out, you can always check the status of your case under My Cases (just be careful not to continue it, as that'll pull it out of the queue and it'll take longer for them to see it.).

    Honestly, don't hold your breath. I've been dealing with a confirmed server-side UID database issue for over 180 days across in FC 26. I have played over 2,000 matches, but my Connection Quality Report stays at 0% tracking. Even after a full PS5 Factory Reset and proving it’s an account-specific bug, they do nothing.

    The reality is: EA is a massive corporation, and unless a bug is 'mass-scale' and affects their microtransaction revenue, they simply do not care. If you are an individual with a unique account glitch, you are invisible to them. Their support agents (like Vipin or Abhishek) just follow scripts and disconnect the chat when things get complicated. We pay for a full product, but we get treated like beta testers who are being ignored. It’s a shame that a company this big handles technical disasters so poorly.
