Hopefully, you've since been able to recover the account and go through our security steps to ensure the account is fully under your control. It'd also be worth running through the recommended security steps for your associated email address, along with any linked platform accounts, to be safe.
When it comes to account actions that don't feel right, if you've followed these steps to create an appeal, our Terms of Service team will be able to take another look. They'll have the right tools and records to review this for you, as we're unable to make any changes or discuss account details here on the forums. Unfortunately, we can't provide an ETA, as the response time depends on the number of active cases under investigation.
Once you create the appeal, please keep an eye on your case history page, and the ToS team will reach out via email once that review is complete. If the status is Transferred or Waiting on Studio, then the appeal is still under review and has been passed along to the right team. Appeals under these statuses can take longer than others, so please avoid resuming the appeal(s) until you receive a response to prevent any additional delays. Thanks!
