Brak nagród za Mistrzostwa

I am contacting you regarding an issue that occurred during my Champions Finals matches yesterday.

I finished with a record of 8 wins and 6 losses. During my last match, I was winning 4–2 when I was suddenly disconnected from the EA servers. Despite being in the lead, the match was counted as a loss on my record.

What is even more concerning is that I did not receive any Champions rewards at all for my completed run and final record.

I would appreciate it if you could investigate this issue, review my account activity, and provide the rewards that I earned.
