Bug Report: UT South America Objectives Not Progressing (Canarinho & Sihirbaz)

Dear EA Support Team,

​I hope this message finds you well.

​I am writing to report a persistent bug I am experiencing in FC 26 Ultimate Team on my Xbox console, specifically regarding the "South America" (Güney Amerika) objectives.

​I was working on the "Canarinho" objective within the Brazil group. I successfully completed the first 5 matches, and everything tracked correctly. However, after closing the game and logging back in later, the objective progress completely froze at 4/5. Since then, I have completed the exact requirements for the final step at least 15 times, but the progress bar simply does not update. I am experiencing the exact same progression bug with the "Sihirbaz" (Magician) objectives as well.

​I have attached a photograph of my television screen showing the stuck objectives, named 1000120468.jpg, as visual proof of the issue.

​Could you please investigate this bug and help resolve the issue on my account? I kindly request that the missing rewards for these objectives be granted to my account, as I have fulfilled all the necessary requirements multiple times.
