Can't claim Season Pass 97 Jairzinho

so I just unlocked the generic season pass token. With that, I was able to unlock all the remaining levels. I managed to claim 97 Daglish successfully. However, Nothing happens when I try to claim Jairzinho. it says "0 SP required to unlock", but I can't claim the icon. I tried to do it on the companion app, and it says that Fut Hub is currently locked.
