Can’t access online features because of a permanent ban without reason.

 

I have already submitted multiple appeals, all of which were rejected without any explanation or evidence provided. No specific log, transaction, or in-game action has ever been shown to support this decision.

 

My account activity is extremely limited (around 22 hours of total gameplay). I had not even unlocked or used the Transfer Market at the time of the ban, and there is nothing in my gameplay that indicates any coin-related activity or manipulation.

 

I am requesting a full manual review of the enforcement action, including the exact logs or evidence that triggered this ban. If no verifiable proof exists, then this ban is incorrect and should be reversed.

    If your going to ban people from a game, then surely people should at least get a message with the reasons why. Many people spend a lot of money on this game. While I get you can't take any action via the forums you can at least relay back to those above. I'm all for banning people who have cheated but its ludicrous people can be banned with no explanation.

    I noticed a contradiction between the website showing a permanent ban and the email stating a 28-day suspension. Which one is correct?

    Any account on which a ban or suspension is placed Exemplar87​  will receive an email from the team with details as to why the ban is in place.
