Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's go through some connection troubleshooting and see if we can get this resolved. Have you tried the steps here? If so, and you're still disconnecting, run the Connection Quality Report and get me a screenshot of the overall score.

Thanks for contacting me, but I've done everything you suggested, but it still doesn't work. I went back to playing Fc25, and it works fine, no issues whatsoever. I think it's just Fc26. I've tried different internet connections, including mobile hotspots, to check it, but it doesn't work. It's happening in all online modes, not just UT.

I play this game every year and this problem has never happened to me, especially playing on PS5. Many people probably have never had this problem. I don't know if FC26 has changed the connection standard or not. I don't know, but I can play FC25 normally. I think it's a bug because it works in the same pattern too much. I enter the game, meet other players, play for about 30 seconds, the game disconnects and the game says You lost your connection to your opponent. We'll check the match report to see who won and who lost. Every time. Please inform EA about this. It hurts the feelings of players who have been with this game for a long time. Not being able to play online is not good at all.

This is the default setting after loading the game yesterday. Today I tried many different settings, changing different connections, but nothing worked. This is the setting from my main network, it's fine. I called my network provider to check, everything is fine, but the only thing that's not normal is FC26.

Thank you. It looks like you're getting some packet loss. That is what is most likely causing the disconnects. Did you try alternate DNS settings? Have you done a general packet loss test? Normally, that's part of a speed test. Speed isn't the issue though. Your connection doesn't appear to be stable. Also, it would be good to contact your ISP to see if they are noticing any issues.

I tried setting up the DNS and contacting the administrator, but nothing worked. So I tried going back to FC25 and it worked fine.

I have concluded the problem. When I download the PS4 version to play, it works fine. And this problem is definitely caused by the latest update. And my ID remembers the installation of this game. No matter how many times I download and reinstall it, it's still the same. I want to log in my account again with EA server. This problem is caused by EA. The most problematic game in the world, but selling it at an unreasonable price to players. You should make the game free. Players will feel better. Goodbye to this game. I'm done.

You're getting quite a bit of packet loss. That is something you'll need to speak with your ISP to get some assistance with.

Try experimenting with your dns server.
