Can’t access team management mid game

I have the same problem. I can't do team changes, since the game don't let me enter team management screen at mid game.

I’m on PC (Windows 11) playing FC 26 through EA Play, fully updated and verified. In online matches—Rivals, Event Mode, and even friendlies—I can’t make substitutions at halftime or during play. The “Team Management” menu refreshes immediately and stays on the same screen, leaving me unable to change anything until the timer runs out. As a result, my players lose all stamina, and I keep losing matches.

Title. Lost tournament final because my opponent got to substitute his whole team, and I couldn't make a tactical change or a player substitution. Already off to a terrible start after you **bleep**ed up everyone on PC with the Early Access bugs. After all this talk a few months ago "We listen to community feedback" and its still the same **bleep** with you people. FIX YOUR **bleep**ING GAME EA SPORTS. DO BETTER.

Am unable to change any player in my team management. When I try to swap my players over it says I've got no subs. I've just literally started a career mode and trying to put my new signing into the starting 11

Thanks, Will try next time it happens, in the tournament it did not happened anymore, will play rivals next days, maybe it happens again.

Just easy to fix it

ALT+TAB and back to game again 

thanks me later unknown why EA CAN HAVE BUG LIKE THIS WITH ABOUT 7-8YEARS AGO and no one know how to fix this problem

Second game, I played it worked, so it is not a consistent bug

Same here, in tournaments online, in rivals I still did not try. In Squad Battles everything works. I tried with controller, mouse and keyboard, always jumps back to default pause screen with resume game at the top.

 I cant change tactics and sub
