Can’t access team management mid game

I play on PC Windows 11, ingame when i press pause to make a sub i click team management and it does not open everytime. I cannot make subs, if i get a red card i cant change anything. Fix this pleas...

Alt + tab out of the game and alt + tab back in. It will work.
