EVOLUTION CANT BE REDEEMED!!!!

thanks ea sports i have not been able to open one pack of tots prem due to an evolution that cant be redeemed blocking me from opening packs this is the 9th day now i have tried everything from ea live chat complaing about it and nothing is being done my game is broken cant open packs an you still have not fixed it , no update
