Can’t connect to ultimate team.

Question

I can’t connect to ultimate team, I can connect to EA. I can play all other game modes but ultimate team. I have done everything in the forums, I have re downloaded fc26. I have used different wifis. But still cannot connect. It’s been &nbsp;I have spoke to two different people in EA chat both couldn’t help, my account on a Ban and I’ve also tried everything they have suggested. &nbsp;Please help&nbsp;

Could you please let us know which troubleshooting steps you've tried with chat support and what platform you are playing on?&nbsp;Also, I see that you mentioned "my account on a Ban", did you receive any emails saying that you've been banned?
