Can’t create coop lobby to play games together

everytime I invite my friend to a coop lobby it is not making them join properly and cannot play together always something wrong with the games for the past few years now so frustrating!! Once on thing gets fix d there’s always another thing that gets broke! EA PLEASE FIX YOUR GAME ONCE AND FOR ALL!!
