Ultimate edition: not received rewards…

Bought the standard edition through Xbox store couple days ago. The day after I wanted to upgrade to the ultimate edition so I upgraded my game through the Xbox store, and paid the £30 difference.  In the store it states the ultimate edition is an “add-on” and doesn’t require a download. 
I haven’t recieved any of the FC points or other rewards from the ultimate edition. 
I hard reset my console, deleted and re-installed the game (including the “add-ons”) but still not recieved anything from the ultimate edition.

can anyone help? I’ve opened a ticket with EA support but they probably won’t get back to my for days if not a week or 2…
