Can’t find teammates when I play rush with my friends

So whenever I play rush by myself I can find teammates but when I play duo or trio queue with my friends it says unable to find additional teammates and I keep trying but it won’t work.

I play on Xbox same with my friends and cross play is on so we should be able to find other teammates but no matter how many times we try it. it keeps saying the same thing about we can’t find additional teammates and it’s getting annoying but the thing is when they queue together it works I think but when I play duo with one of them it doesn’t work so it don’t know if it’s a me problem but my ea is brodie214043 if you can somehow fix it thank you.
