Hey all, let's start by taking a look at the connection troubleshooting steps
Not seeing anything our side that would be cuasing issues so let's start by going ahead and ruling out connection.
If you try the steps and they don't help then can you grab me the following info:
- ISP
- Location
- Mode
- When it happened

I have gone through and tried the connection troubleshooting steps, and the same connection issue remains (please see attached screen shot).
Here are the info you have requested:
- ISP - Netvigator operated by HKT (PCCW)
- Location - Hong Kong
- Mode - not exactly sure what you meant here, but as an educated guess, I m on Playstation 5 via wifi, trying to connect to FC26 ultimate team mode and pro club mode which both have the same problem of unable to connect to EA server. It couldn’t connect to EA server just after launching the game (without picking the above two game modes) nor picking account profile option under settings in the game, still can’t connect to ea server
- When it happened - 2 days ago and counting, as of this moment in time, 22:30 Hong Kong time (GMT+8) 20 Feb 2026

Hi Darko
- ISP - Netvigator operated by HKT (PCCW)
- Location - Hong Kong
- Mode - All online mode in FC26
- When it happened - since this afternoon 21 Feb 5pm HKT, i have tried every method in the troubleshoot suggested, including changing the DSN, restarting router etc. i can confirm it is only FC26/EA game that is having issues as i have no problem accessing anything else. The only way for me to log into the EA serve is if i connect my ps5 to my workphone hotspot to access internet.
- im losing days/time to complete the icon swap objectives (this sounds very pathetic) but i hope EA acknowledges the fact fhat not everyone is a professional gamer and actually have to go to work hence the only time we can grind these objectives will be weekends (ie now), but this hasnt been possible so i wonder if there would at least extend the time for us for these objectives or do something to make up to us the players who have been suffering from this connection issue between EA server and PCCW?

Hi Darko,
While having connection issue to EA server via PCCW network in HK, would you please also check why I can't make any setting in Matchmaking Options? It shows undefined and cannot be restored to default setting.

Hi Darko, the issue remains unresolved. My ISP is Netvigator by PCCW. Location is Hong Kong. Mode: PS4 FC26 Ultimate Team. This issue happened two days ago and until now. The message shows on the screen everytime is “You have lost your online connection. Check your home network. You will not be able to access FC’s online features until you can reconnect to EA Servers….”. But I am sure my PS4 can connect to network as I open other applications to stream videos and movies use PS4 and the internet connection worked. Please advise. Thank you!
