Can’t login to web app

I just recently got the game this last weekend through the 10 hour trial. I played the game last year through the game pass and played Ultimate Team in Elite Div. After getting on the new ultimate team, when I logged out I couldn’t get into the web app. It keeps responding with the same “Login Services Unavailable”. I don’t know why that is. When I try to login with the UT still up, it tells me that I can’t have both at once so I know my account works fine. It’s been a few days already and my trial hasn’t even ended. I can play perfectly on console just I can’t play on companion which is eating up my trial time.
