Can’t even play the game

I reserved the ultimate edition so I could play the game early, I even got the early early access with the ea play subscription and I just couldn’t play. the game gets stuck on the ultimate team loading screen and when I do get in (2 times in 6 hours trying to get in) it doesn’t let me even play a squad battles game. 
feels bad not being able to play when for the first time in years I was actually excited for a new FIFA/FC. I really hope they solve this problem as soon as possible cause it’s not fair.
