Complete system freeze after 2 min in-game (PC)

I'm experiencing a full system freeze after playing EA FC 26 for just 2 minutes. There’s no BSOD or crash report — the whole PC just locks up (sound stop but screens keeps showing a picture). Because of that, I’m thinking it might be something GPU-related, maybe a driver issue or some setting that’s messing things up?

I’ve already tried disabling hardware acceleration, updating the GPU drivers (even tried rolling back to older versions), and made sure the game is running on the dedicated GPU instead of the CPU.

It’s a new PC build, and I haven’t had any issues with it before. I was able to play the BF6 beta without any problems, and even after these freezes started with EA FC 26, I tested other games while running streams/movies on my second monitor — no issues at all. It's only happening after 2-3 min while playing EA FC... Just like a lot of others are experiencing at the moment.

AMD Ryzen 7 7800X3D
32GB 5200mhz RAM
All running on m.2 SSD
GTX 1080Ti (not upgraded yet)
