Can’t play CLUB mode and Evo glitch Don’t let me open packs

1- I am having trouble opening packs on my account; the game indicates that I have a Season Pass Evolution reward waiting to be claimed, but whenever I try to claim it, I receive a "server communication error" message. Consequently, I am completely unable to open any of my reward packs, as the Evolution reward remains listed as pending—yet I am prevented from claiming it.

2- When I attempt to access the Season Pass via my PlayStation 5, the game states that the Season Pass is currently unavailable, and I am unable to access it. However, when I open the game on my mobile phone, I am able to access the Season Pass without any issues.

3- When I try to play Pro Clubs, the game prevents me from playing, claiming that I lack an internet connection and cannot connect to the server—even though I am, in fact, connected to the internet.

Please, I urgently need your assistance, as these issues are severely negatively impacting my gaming experience. I am a huge fan of your game, and I would be very grateful for your help. Thank you very much.
