Can’t play fut champs

I can’t play FUT champs every time I try to play it says I’m not qualified but I have already did all the qualifications checkpoints by being under division 3 and having 1000 points for champs and when I click out of champs mode and go back in it says play champs and when I try to redeem my entry and it says “ trouble connecting to ultimate team servers” every time.
