Can play game modes but in game messaging and art doesn't load

I can play games modes but none of the art in ultimate team menus shows just placeholders. Can never see what anyt of the promos are. This has also happened this whole year on madden and cfb. 

also games doesn't load on startup have to click play offline then reconnect on the main menu for the game to load period. 

Not sure what is going on but it's just EA games.
