Can someone from EA can explain this video?

Why i got the loss if my opponent disconnected? 

First match i got kicked out from the servers, i was playing on crossplay, my bad i know that pc version is infested. GG.

The second match was with playstation user and somehow he disconnected and i got and L.

I know it's cheats, but i want EA to answer me, why this issue is still from 2013, already 13 years they cant fix this, they are pouring money in billions every year but still cant make a good anticheat? 

Is EA incompetent to fix this? Dont think so. They ban coin traders in minutes, why they cant detect cheaters that ping their servers and doing disconnects?

Is for EA this hacking profitable? Maybe?

EA we need answers.
