Cannot Assign 2 Evolution Items in Unassigned List

Hi,

I have a persistent synchronization error on my account. I have 2 Evolution items stuck in my "Unassigned" list

Every time I try to assign them or move them to my club, I receive the error message: "There was an error communicating with the Football Ultimate Team servers. Please try again." >

After this message, I am immediately kicked out of Ultimate Team. This issue is completely blocking my access to the Store, preventing me from opening any packs

What I have tried:

Spoke to EA Support agents multiple times

(Case #240177884)

Waited for the weekly server maintenance, but the issue persists

This is clearly a server-side database error. Could a Community Manager please escalate this to the technical team for a manual fix? Platform:PS5
