Cannot connect to FC26 servers on PS5

Hi. FC26 cannot connect to EA servers on PS5. It keeps on showing “You have lost your online connection/Cannot connect to server”.  We have contacted ISPs but from there end things seem to be normal...

    Wi-Fi works already restarted it twice, same thing with Xbox but always the same problem
