Cannot connect to Ultimate Team in full game, but Web App/Companion works
Hello,
I’m having an issue with FC 26 on PC where I cannot access Ultimate Team from the full game.
Every time I try to enter Ultimate Team, I get this message:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the Main Menu.”
Important detail: the Web App and Companion App work normally. I can access my Ultimate Team club there, so the club itself is not completely inaccessible. The issue only happens in the full PC game.
Troubleshooting already completed:
- Restarted PC and router
- Tested on home internet
- Tested using mobile hotspot
- Reinstalled the EA App
- Reinstalled EA AntiCheat
- Repaired the game
- Tried from a different Windows local account
- Checked for local FC files/settings
- Cleared cache/DNS/network troubleshooting
- Other online modes appear to work
Since the same error happens even on mobile hotspot and from a different Windows local account, this does not seem to be caused by my home network or Windows profile.
This looks like either a full-game Ultimate Team session/account issue or something specific to the PC game client connecting to Ultimate Team.
I already have an EA Help case open, but support is taking too long and I am missing time-limited Team of the Season content, objectives, and rewards.
Can this please be escalated or checked by the technical team? Is anyone else having the same issue where Web App/Companion works but the full game cannot enter Ultimate Team?
