Middle East servers not working in clubs

The Middle East server on clubs doesn’t work , it’s been like a week since I was able to play on it , it keep searching for a match then it tells me matchmaking error , tried to change the captain with my friends the same result , I can only play on Europe servers and it is bad cause I will be playing on 70-120 ping and that’s not fair to play against people who play with 20 , please fix it asap.
