Haven´t been able to "connect to EA servers" for a week. Support hasn´t helped,

I´ve been trying to play ultimate team, for the past week, but every time I try to connect to anything or even open the game, the connection error pops up. I´ve been going at everything trying to get it to work, I optimized my DNS, I verified the game files, I reinstalled the game, I restarted my router, I tried a VPN, I waited a week to see if it was the EA servers themselves, I tested my internet and it had no issues, I started using ethernet and still nothing changed. My pc has been running smooth, the internet has been running smooth, the game itself has been running smooth but it doesn´t want to let me connect to ultimate team, or anything that has an online function on it. I got the game about a month ago and initially everything was working perfectly, I was really enjoying playing ultimate team and I was really into it, its a really big bummer that I have not been able to get it to work and really have tried everything.
