Cannot Connect to Ultimate Team
Whenever I try to go into Ultimate Team in EA FC 26 on PS5 I get a message saying:
“Connecting to Ultimate Team is not possible at the moment. You will now be returned to the main menu.”
I’d be grateful if anyone could suggest some ways of fixing this.
I’ve tried restarting the PS5 and our router, clearing caches, rebuilding database, changing DNS and deleting UT squads. I’ve also tried downloading the EA FC web app but it says I “signed into another device”.
I’ve got an active PS Plus subscription.
