Community ManagerHi there. Try using the web/companion app to delete your squads. Not the players, just the squads. Then, create an empty squad and try to load into UT again on your PS5. Let me know what happens. Thanks!
I’ve got 2 complaints I’d like to hopefully solve with you. 1 is on rivals or the South America tournament, as the match is about to start it suddenly says I’ve lost connection and I get my DNF thing all messed up, secondly., I’m unable to log into the game via the ps5, it says must be signed in to ea servers, I’ve tried resetting the router, switching off the ps5, still the same issue and it’s been going on now for an hour, I have the companion app and that’s working just fine, what’s going on with the game today?
