Cannot login to UT

I want to refund for the game and all the purchases if I still cannot access ultimate team. I’m playing fc26 with ps5. Starting from last week, the message “ you have lost your connection” appeared more frequently. Then last night, I couldn’t login to UT anymore. I saw a few posts discussing about the same issue and it appeared nothing can be solved for weeks. If EA cannot fix this issue, please refund the game and all the in game purchases back to me. Thank u
