Cannot play seasons on fc26

I have played plenty of games on EA FC 26 and recently cannot access any of the online content - this happened suddenly and only happened after I changed Internet providers, but don’t see what that has to do with my membership. The game is acting as if I need a game pass subscription, even though I purchased the game outright.  When I try to play anything online, it says checking account status and then takes me to this page.  

Is there a membership or something I need to pay for in order to be able to play online again? Has this changed recently please help.!
