cant access online features

hi, im trying to play fc26 and its not letting me get online saying I need to be signed in to the ea servers and playstation network which I am.

I factory resetted my PlayStation and got a new router but it still doesn't work

    Hey there. Thanks for reaching out. Let's see if a full power cycle of your equipment will help. Please try these steps:

    1. Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
    2. Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
    3. Power it all up and try playing again
