Can't claim TOTW player pick

I can't claim my objectives when I'm done with them. The Team of the week player pick you get when completing all start up objectives. I can't claim it. It says I need to complete 1 more. But I have completed it and I can't claim the player pick. I have screen shots that I can't claim it even tho I have completed everything
