Cannot not get in to UT at night

I've trying for few days, i can get into the UT at morning but not in the evening. The game keep saying "EA servers are unavailable right now."  If keep clicking into the UT mode, it works sometime, but i cannot play any single games. Other modes are working well, except UT. 
On the other hand, it always lost connection when i get in the rivals game. There's nothing i can do with this bug. I tried to reinstall, re-start the game, re-start the computer.
